Hamazasp Danielyan

Dr. Danielyan is an assitant professor in the Political Science Department at Yerevan State University.  His academic interests include democratization and electoral systems, and he has published a number of articles on these subjects.  Dr. Danielyan has been with the staff since 2009 and has taught courses in political science, as well as leadership and related skills.

Asbed Kotchikian
Academic Coordinator/Lecturer

Prof. Kotchikian is a lecturer at the Global Studies Department at Bentley University. Before joining Bentley he was the Assistant Director of International Affairs Program at Florida State University where he taught courses in Eurasian and Middle Eastern politics.  He is the author of The Dialectics of Small States: Foreign Policy Making in Armenia and Georgia and also editor of the Armenian Review.

Gayane Vardanyan

Ms. Vardanyan is a Human Rights and Government Relations Specialist at Counterpart International Armenia. Before joining Counterpart, she worked in the Ministry of Economy of Armenia as Press Secretary to the Minister and in Ayb Educational Foundation as PR Coordinator. Ms. Vardanyan has been with the staff since 2009.


Arshak Balayan

Arshak Balayan is an assistant professor of philosophy at Yerevan State University.  He is involved in a number of academic and social initiatives.  Dr. Balayan has been with the staff since 2008.
